Blanking
Our numerous metal stamping presses enable us to provide a wide range of blanking capabilities from single hand fed
operations, bar fed, to coil fed blanking operations. We routinely blank low and high carbon steel up to .187" thick, and
can feed up to 18" wide by coil. We run stainless steel, carbon steel, and brass on a regular basis and will quote
other materials as needed. If extreme flatness is required secondary coining operations can be performed by hand with
100% inspection to achieve flatness less than .001"
