Chemical Burnishing Services
We are licensed to burnish parts using the REM chemical machining process. Our state of the art CNC controlled tumbling
and drying system provides for precise control of cut and burnishing compound to develop the finish and color part your
are looking for in 1/10 the time of standard powder and ball burnishing operations. Run times that normally with take
12-14 hours can be accomplished in 2 hours.
Our integrated dryer and unloading system prevents parts from staining
and getting water spots after the cycle is complete. From the first part to the last your parts will be consistent, dry
and to specification. Samples can be run overnight for approval prior to production runs. Our Zero Discharge
evaporation system ensures we are run any pollutants or chemicals into the sewer system. We are an environmentally
friendly shop.
